- How long will it take to complete my new driveway?

- Each job is different to the next and weather dependant, but you
will be given an idea of timescale at time of quote.

- Will there be access to the drive whilst work is on going?
|
- Where possible access will be made at the end of each day to
allow vehicles to be kept off road.
|
- How long before they can use the drive?
|
- Tarmac
- Tarmac drives can normally be walked on straight away, but
cars should be left off for a minimum of 24 hours.
- Block Paving and Natural Stone Driveways
- Due to the nature of the way this is laid, no traffic
(pedestrian or vehicular) is allowed until the work is fully
complete.

Terms And Conditions |
- Lifetime Warranty - Applies to Resin Jointed Natural Stone Driveways Only
- Only applies to defective workmanship.
- Not covered is...
- Misuse, negligence, high pressure loading or stupidity.
- Damage causes by wars, extreme weather or terrorist
attack.
- Damage caused by tree roots from nearby trees. You
will be advised of which trees may affect the installation
at the time of supplying the estimate.
- It is not transferable.
- Orders and Payment.
- Orders of between £0 and £1999 will not require a deposit.
- Orders of between £2000 and £4999 will require 25% deposit.
- Orders above £5000 will be discussed on an individual basis.
- All payments must be made final on completion of the works.
- The materials remain the property of Simon Clay until final
payment is received.
